Good nutrition is about habits

A good diet makes life so much easier. Many people eat healthy food to live longer. I myself eat healthy food to live a better life. As a person who enjoys life, I eat healthy food to enjoy life more. Eating bad food, fatigue, listlessness and stomach aches is not the joy of life for me.

Taking care of your diet is about habits, strategies, and some basic knowledge about what good food is. What you eat is more important than when and how. Focus on eating as much clean food as possible. Vegetables, poultry, fish, potatoes, beans, lentils, meat, olive oil, butter, nuts, yogurt, and the like should be what you eat most of the time. You don’t have to be afraid of carbohydrates, fats or protein.

It doesn’t have to be more difficult than that. The hard part is building habits and strategies that help you eat right most of the time. People are lazy by nature, the secret is to make it as easy as possible. You have to learn to deceive yourself.

Today I’m sharing nine tips that will make it easier for you to eat good food.

1. Healthy bread! Use the internet to find helpful recipes. All baked goods have a useful counterpart. If you search for healthy kladdkaka in google, you will get a recipe for basically good healthy kladdkaka.

3. Don’t mess with it! Lunch can consist of two boiled eggs, a potato with a little butter and some spinach leaves.

4. Always have frozen vegetables and berries available.

5. Sauerkraut, olives and pickled vegetables are delicious and convenient at home.

6. Replace all breakfast cereals with healthy granola or muesli. Top with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and nuts.

7. Good and simple snacks are: dates in licorice powder, flavored or natural quark, dried meats, olives, cheese, turkey slices and cabbage chips.

8. Put three rubber bands around the water bottle! Every time you drink the bottle you remove a strap, at the end of the work day everything should be gone!

9. Make a weekly salad of white cabbage, carrots, leeks, peppers, vinegar, and oil. Store it in an airtight jar and it will keep for the rest of the week.
