Selling a wheel on the trainer with a really good resistance profile. Change gears just as on a country road, apply pressure and feel the increase in resistance as the fluid in the trainer provides the braking effect. Noticeably quieter than all the other sneakers I’ve seen videos on, and I’m selling them because I don’t ride exercise bikes anymore.

Everything is included to train effectively at home. You can get virtual power in programs like TrainerRoad, when the cadence meter and accelerometer are used together to calculate the watt number. If you have a power meter on the bike, it will of course be used instead. It also includes a heart rate monitor if you just want to train according to your heart rate zones. Of course it is washed.
