Did you know that Swedes have the worst eating habits in the Nordic countries? Eight out of ten eat little fruit and vegetables. The 1,500 cancer cases per year in Sweden are directly related to dietary habits. All according to the Cancer Foundation.
But with a little knowledge, it is really easy to pick the right one. Only by going to the nearest grocery store and buying Swedish foods such as vegetables, fruits, berries, wholemeal bread, rapeseed oil, yogurt, herring and eggs can we reduce the risk of cancer, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
