Change in the number of shares and votes in the Viaplay group

Viaplay Group AB (publ) (“Viaplay Group”) today announced that the total number of shares and votes in the Viaplay Group has increased by 680,000 shares and the number of votes, respectively.

The change relates to 680,000 newly issued C shares during March 2023.

The number of shares of Viaplay Group as of March 31, 2023 is 79,122,244 shares, of which 531,536 shares are with ten votes each, 77,701,208 are Class B shares with one vote each and 889,500 are C shares with one vote each.

The total number of votes in the Viaplay group is 83,906,068. The total number of votes in the Viaplay Group excluding Viaplay Group’s ownership of 6,782 B shares and 889,500 C shares is 83,009,786.
