Boost your breakfast performance with the Xbox Toaster

When Microsoft introduced the Xbox Series X, they opted for a stripped-down exterior with glossy black surfaces and a long, narrow shape. The relatively simple design quickly caught on with white goods and it didn’t take long before jokes gathered online suggested that it actually looked like a refrigerator.

The joke got a tepid response, to say the least, from Microsoft, which took a chance and launched a completely Sonic mini-fridge with the same design. Now they are said to be sailing towards the galley again, but this time to warmer latitudes. in the post it circulating on Twitter Introduce at least the Xbox Series S toaster.

The authenticity of the image is highly questionable. Among other things, the photo indicates that the device can bake two slices of bread at the same time, but in the photo it appears that there is only one bread chamber. With a width of 38.3 cm, it is possible to place slices of bread next to each other in the same compartment, especially since the optimal size of a slice of bread is limited to 120 x 120 mm.

There are no recommendations for large slices of bread, but SweClocker editors do recommend solutions like toasting fewer pieces at a time or taking out the famous bread knife. However, the latter should be kept out of the toaster. Other features include non-slip feet, varying degrees of rust, and a removable crumb tray to avoid tipping over when cleaning.

It’s not entirely clear if the Xbox toaster actually exists. With just under a month to go until April 1st, this could be a far-fetched joke. On the other hand, this wouldn’t be the first Xbox kitchen accessory. It is said to be available for pre-order for €60, but so far it shines by its absence in the official Xbox channels.
