Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Olink Holding AB (publ), a leading next-generation protein company (NASDAQ: OLK) in its sale to Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) in a cash takeover offer worth just over SEK 33.8 billion Swedish (about US$3.1 billion), including net cash.
