Prince Harry, along with artist Elton John and actress Liz Hurley, sued the media giant Associated Newspapers.
They accuse the media house behind the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday and MailOnline of an illegal invasion of their privacy.
Ahead of the court proceedings, the prince flew across the Atlantic to London, his first visit to the UK since Queen Elizabeth’s funeral last year.

But because King Charles kicked the Duchess Meghan and Harry out of their only British home, Frogmore Cottage, the prince was forced to stay with friends during his visit, a source told Fox News.
According to the news channel, the prince has no plans to meet his brother Prince William or father King Charles these days.
– The rift between the prince and the royal family runs deep, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams tells Fox News.
– The King is not in London and there are no plans for a meeting. William and Kate are out and about with their children over the Easter weekend.
The court hearing on Associated Newspapers is expected to last a total of four days. The media outlet says the allegations are baseless and lacks credible evidence.
But Prince Harry has warned there will be consequences if an investigation is not held.
“And then it’s done to the whole country,” Prince Harry writes, according to the Telegraph.
