Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is a great game. Both in terms of gameplay and when it comes to hard drive size. In terms of gameplay, this is only fine, but the hard drive can be a bit problematic for people who have little storage space on their slot machines. With the next update, this will be resolved to some extent.
Ubisoft has announced that the upcoming update will ensure that Valhalla takes up significantly less space. Depending on the platform you are using, there will be little difference in the amount of storage that is provided. On Xbox Series X, the biggest difference will be and gamers will be able to enjoy an additional 44GB of storage on the device. PS5 players will see the slightest change with “only” 13GB downsized. On PS4, Xbox One, and PC, it comes down to about 30GB in size. The amount of space the game will occupy after the update on each platform you see below:
PC ~ 77 GB
PS4 ~ 75 GB
PS5 ~ 77 GB
X1 ~ 63 GB
XS ~ 72 GB
That’s nice, but the actual update would be a lot juicy. Players will somewhat need to download the entire game again, but as long as you don’t have a game console or PC connected via mobile it will be quiet. Regardless, it will take time, but it’s just like the situation.
Patch 1.4.1 will be released next week.
