If you are planning to buy one of the new iPhone 13Cell phones, not only the model you need to choose. In addition to choosing between iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, or iPhone 13 Pro Max, you also need to choose the color you want.
This year, there are nine different colors to choose from, some brand new and some returning from the previous series. However, not all nine colors are available for all models – the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are available in five different colors, while the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are available in four different colors.
Below we’ll go through all the options, from Stjärnglans to Sierrablå and so on, so you get a quick and clear overview.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini – Colors
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are available in Product Red, Star Shine, Midnight, Blue or Pink product options. The only one of these colors available for the previous iPhone 12 was the red product, although some of the colors are very similar to the ones you can buy the iPhone 12 in.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 mini i red product
This red shade returns from the iPhone 12 series, although it looks a little darker here. Anyway, it’s a bold color that definitely stands out from the crowd. In fact, it is the most flashy of all the iPhone 13 shades.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 mini in Star Shine
Apple calls this color Star Shine, but it basically seems like a nice way to say white or off-white. It is similar to the white iPhone 12 (which didn’t get a pretty name) and is one of the most popular colors available for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. It looks elegant.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 mini at midnight
This is another case where Apple gives a nice name to the regular color, because the Midnight color is basically only black, which is also a color you can get the iPhone 12 in.
It’s a stylish and discreet shade for anyone who doesn’t want their mobile phone to look brighter than the sun.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 mini in blue
This color choice is pretty straightforward – it’s blue. With that said, blue is a somewhat unusual choice for mobile, so it will stand out a little more than the above Star Shine or Midnight shades.
It’s a rather muted shade of blue – it’s not light or shimmery, so it will still look elegant, a little different than usual. The previous iPhone 12 was also released in blue, but a slightly darker shade than what you find here.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Mini Rosa
Finally for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, we have the pink, which is a pretty dull pink, so fans of screaming pink should look elsewhere. This is the only shade that doesn’t have a similar color in the iPhone 12 series, so if you want something different from last year’s alternative, this is the one you should choose.
iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max colors
The Pro models in the iPhone 13 series are available in a slightly smaller range of colors, with buyers able to choose between graphite, gold, silver or Sierra blue. Below we go through the four colors.
iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max i Grafit
Graphite is a discreet and gray shade, which is the shade we previously saw on the iPhone 12 Pro series. It’s not the most exciting option, but if you want something dark but not black (a shade not available for the iPhone 13 Pro anyway), this is a good choice.
iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max in Gold
The gold model of the iPhone 13 Pro has a completely different approach, as it is perhaps the brightest and brightest shade of the iPhone 13 Pro.
It offers a bit of sparkle, but Apple still opts for a nice shade of gold, so it doesn’t look cheap. The previous iPhone 12 Pro was also available in this shade.
iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max i in Silver
Here’s another color that was available for the iPhone 12 Pro as well – it doesn’t need much definition, as silver is as common in mobile phones as black and white. It’s shiny, but subtle and does a good job of finding something between graphite and gold colors in terms of how shimmery it is.
iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max i Sierrablå
This year’s new Pro shade is Sierra Blue, which replaced Deep Sea Blue from the iPhone 12 Pro series. So it’s still blue, but this time it’s a little lighter and doesn’t have the green hue it had in the old version.
It also looks brighter than the blue available on the regular iPhone 13, but it’s far from very light, so it won’t stand out much.
