Car Expert: Bugatti has really gone above and beyond

The car expert designs the new Bugatti Tourbillon. Harry's Garage has been let into the French castle of the car brand.
– It's a wonderful creation, but perhaps the best part is the interior design, as Harry Metcalfe pointed out.

The Tourbillon is Bugatti's new beast that they hope will break the dream limit of 500 kilometers per hour. The old record was held by her older sister, the Chiron, which has expired. So, Harry's Garage traveled across the Channel to the castle in Mosheim, France. He arrived in his Lamborghini Countach. Bugattis have been headquartered here since Ettore Bugatti began manufacturing cars in 1909.

Harry Metcalfe was accepted and allowed to remain alone with the Tourbillon. Immediately notice the grooves in the hood that extend towards the air inlets behind the side windows. This way, they get a total of 1,800 horsepower, 1,000 for the V16 engine and another 800 that help the electric motor for extra speed.

It is a car in which every detail seems so perfectly in harmony with each other that the whole is almost perfect.
– I've never seen anything like this before, they really went above and beyond, says Harry Metcalfe.

His enthusiasm knows no bounds. This car surprised him, perhaps because it cost 50 million Swedish krona and would take several years to be built in his English garage.
– It's a tribute to the art of car building at its best, says Harry Metcalfe.

Then he opens the doors and takes a look inside. The gauges were designed by a Swiss watchmaker and are located in the middle of the steering wheel.
– This is almost the best of all, if the technology is completely in harmony, we have the interior as a finishing touch, says Harry Metcalfe.

Now it remains to be seen whether the tourbillon is able to exceed the limits of the dream. Or if competitors Koenigsegg, Jesko or Venom 5 catch up first.
