About unemployment in companies and hourly employment

Now politics has drifted so far to the right that it has corporatized unemployment. Here in Sweden, political parties have done their best to try to convince people that nothing good can be done unless shareholders can make money from what is being done.

The Employment Protection Law does not contain any form of employment called hourly work. According to the LAS, there are three fixed-term jobs: fixed-term private employment, temporary work, and seasonal work.

What type of temporary work does Kommunal mean hourly workers have? It is really just a special fixed-term job which may suit all those who have been tricked into signing employment contracts about illegal hourly work. Surely the law could not have intended the use of fixed-term private employment for a few solitary hours during the day? In this case, a new employment contract must be drawn up for each new job opportunity within a few hours.
