Google recently revealed the new Pixel 6A phone, which stated that the model will be updated for five years. However, it does not appear that the model will receive system updates for five years.
It would have been a dream and it shouldn’t really be ruled out considering that Samsung recently announced that it will update many of its smartphones for four years with system updates and five years with security updates.
Now it’s about Google and given that a third party can provide system updates for many years, Google should be able to be a little better, at least I guess!
