Azets has acquired Tait Walker, one of the largest independent accountancy and business advisors in the North East of England. The company, with a turnover of £13m and around 4,000 customers, will be Azet’s third acquisition in the UK in just four months and the sixth in no time in Europe.

Through the acquisition, the UK’s regional Azet network will consist of 84 offices. At the same time, Azets is strengthening its position in critical service areas such as accounting, auditing, quality assurance, tax matters, data analysis, company finance, and payroll management.
Tait Walker also offers asset management and holds the FCA license for regulated activities. Thus, the management of British wealth in Azet, which was very successful in the southern parts of the country, is expanding north.
