Today, the semiconductor shortage and inflationary pressures have a direct impact on companies.
At the same time, corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important as companies become more aware of their responsibility to accelerate the energy transition. More than ever, cost control and environmental issues are an important priority. To support its customers, Arval has revamped Arval Active Link, its existing connected services, and is now launching Arval Connect.
Arval Connect: Achieving Customer Success
Through dedicated in-house expert groups, Arval has invested in telecommunications for ten years and now has 400,000 connected vehicles in its fleet. In the Arval Beyond strategy, Arval has announced its ambitious goal to have 1.5 million connected vehicles by the end of 2025, representing 75% of the fleet.
In practice, with Arval Connect, customers can expect:

- Improved safety and a more sustainable fleetBy providing a personalized driving profile, enhancing road safety (up to 25% fewer accidents), analyzing electricity opportunities and reducing CO2 emissions,
- More productive work team: Provides the ability to assign urgent tasks, improve driving time and facilitate tax handling.
Clients receive personalized assistance throughout the project, making their transition to contact a success. Arval promises a solid and differentiated “Money Back Guarantee”.
One more step forward: Arval Connect combined with connected insurance
With the aim of promoting safe and environmentally friendly driving, reducing the number of traffic accidents and helping customers save money, Arval goes further by linking data on driving conditions with risk management. Arval will start offering these new additional services in the UK and Italy, but more countries will follow:
- One Connected and insured rent which gives a discount on the lease, based on the driving history, when the vehicle is insured by Arval,
- One Programs for connected drivers To support customers in improving drivers’ driving ratings. It comes with a range of driver training courses and other incentives.
“At a time when companies monitor CO2 emissions and their fleets closely, our mission is to help our customers achieve their goals by achieving smarter mobility. With Arval Connect, we provide them with the kind of small-leasing advisory tool that can see the benefits and better in combination with Insurance related services, we offer an innovative approach to encouraging safe and environmentally friendly driving,” commented Alan van Groenendel, Arval Chairman and CEO.
