Skanska is investing €20 million, approximately SEK 200 million, in the second phase of the Port7 commercial property complex in Prague, Czech Republic. The second phase consists of two office buildings with a total area of ​​about 7900 square meters.

The second phase consists of two office buildings, one five storeys above ground and the other six storeys high with two storeys underground parking garages. The investment includes two buildings above the ground. The entire Port7 complex includes approximately 35,000 square meters of office and retail space in three buildings located in Prague 7 – Holichović. Shops, restaurants, cafes and a fitness center will be located on the ground floor of the buildings.

The project includes large public areas for relaxation, picnics and meetings. Workout enthusiasts will also appreciate the newly developed area on the Holešovice River, with opportunities for running, biking, and kayaking.

Port7 is expected to receive LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications. Microbiological comfort and safety will also be ensured by Skanska’s Care for Life office concept and WELL health and safety assessment.

Construction of the second phase began in November 2021 and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023.
