The company which provides shared workspace aimed at the tech. and creative sector is reported to have made an offer on 45,500 sq.ft. of space at 125 Deansgate. The building is currently under construction for completion in 2019. There are also unconfirmed reports that the company could be taking up to 65,000 sq.ft. at Dalton Place.
