Watv EV has signed an agreement with Comfort as the general contractor for the new charging infrastructure in Sweden Comfort and Wattif EV have signed a long-term agreement which means Comfort is offering turnkey contracts for Wattif EV’s significant expansion within Sweden’s charging infrastructure.
The agreement applies to the expansion of charging stations within both AC and DC. The charging network is owned and operated by Wattif EV. For Comfort, the agreement means it can continue to offer turnkey contracts and service agreements to end customers in vehicle shipments in large parts of the country.
Replacing old chargers
Car park owners don’t have to invest in charging infrastructure themselves (many business models are flexible), they increase the attractiveness of their car parks. Wattif EV is also offering to replace old chargers with new smart chargers for free. This contributes to the green transition by enabling a faster transition to electric vehicles (more charging points available, less reliance on traditional fast charging hardware infrastructure to speed up the transition).
Comfort invests heavily in vehicle shipping and has qualified technicians all over Sweden. These are important criteria for us when we select partners for our business to make freight infrastructure available across the country, and this collaboration gives us very good opportunities for that, says Joakim Forsmark, Managing Director Wattif Nordics & Baltics.
The business model for the Wattif EV is to enter into partnerships with parking space owners, where the Wattif EV takes the cost of the investment, but shares the profits with the owners. Provides great income opportunities for parking space owners. source: And the kindness of the Nordic countries and the Baltic countries
