The easiest way to download an image from a website is to right-click on it and select Save Image. Some websites do their best to stop downloads that use, say, javascript and then it becomes more difficult, but not impossible. For example, you can search for the image link in the page source code.
If you want to download multiple images from a page, you have to repeat the procedure for each image, which can be lengthy if there are many images. Forced to take screenshots of images because you are not allowed to save them directly or do you want to download higher quality images than their thumbnails?
There are handy tools that can help you solve all these problems. We offer here a free add-on for Chrome, Edge and Firefox Which allows you to bulk download images from websites. photo assistant It is an image bulk downloader that can search, analyze and download images from any web page.
We’re showing off Microsoft Edge, but it works pretty much the same way in other browsers. The installation of the add-on may differ only slightly.
1. Installation
Click the three dots and select additionAnd the Extension management. Scroll down to Get Microsoft Edge extensions. Search for and install photo assistant.
2. drive
You will find the new add-on in your browser toolbar. Browse to the site you want to download photos from and launch the add-on. You’ll find quite a few different options for analysis, among other things, but start from scratch and choose Extract the current page.
3. Right click
All site images are displayed and you can right click on them to get different options. You’ll also find lots of information about quantity, type, and more. You can also use filters to narrow the selection.
4. Download
The easiest way is to click the button Choose bottom right. You can then select all the photos you want to download. click Download selected when done. Of course, you can also download all images with the extension select all.
