The romantic comedy-drama “The Holiday” was a huge hit when it premiered in the world in December 2006 and can now be described as a true Christmas classic:
Two newly single women, American Amanda (Cameron Diaz) and British Iris (Kate Winslet), swap homes with each other over Christmas. The result is a couple of fresh and unexpected romances, with Graham (Jude Law) and Miles (Jack Black) respectively, and some unforgettable scenes.
However, the film, which was well received by audiences and critics alike, did not receive a sequel.

On Monday, the British can the sun Come with good news for all the fans: a sequel is in the works, according to information reported by the magazine.
– A source said that the plan is to start filming next year, especially in the UK and Europe, and all the important actors have signed on and are on board.
On Tuesday, director Nancy Meyers, who made the first film, came out and denied The Sun’s allegations.
“I’ve been getting so many messages about this – sorry, but it’s not true,” she wrote on Instagram.
Kate Winslet also denies that the sequel should be related.

The first film cost around 1 billion kroner and most of it was filmed in Great Britain. At the same time, it brought in nearly two and a half billion in ticket revenue.
