The dispute was revealed at the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) conference in Turkey.
Ukrainian parliamentarian Oleksandr Marikovsky raised his national flag behind a Russian delegate as she photographed herself for a video interview. The secretary of the Russian delegation, Valery Stavitsky, stepped forward and snatched the flag from the hands of the Ukrainian.

As Valery Stavitsky starts to walk away with the blue and yellow flag in his fist, Oleksandr Marikovsky follows a few paces later, then flies towards the Russian guy. He throws several punches at Valery Stavitsky, grabbing his shoulders and chest, then grabs the flag as the other delegates switch between the two.
And the Ukrainian parliamentarian is the same one who uploaded the film to Facebook.
“Don’t touch our flag, don’t touch our country. Russian bastard,” Marikovsky writes in the letter.
Also earlier on Thursday An uproar broke out. Then the Ukrainian delegation raised its flag along with the deputy head of the Russian delegation, Olga Timofeeva, who delivered a speech to the participants in the conference, while they chanted anti-Russian slogans.
