Peter Norylund leaves Fiaplay Group

Peter Nørrelund, Viaplay Group’s Executive Vice President and Head of Sport, has decided to leave his post after more than 20 successful years with the company. Nørrelund joined Modern Times Group (MTG) in Denmark in 2003 and was promoted to Head of Sports for the group in 2013. Following the split of MTG and the Nordic Entertainment Group (now Viaplay Group) in 2018, Nørrelund was the first adviser on sports rights to Anders Jensen, President and CEO of the Viaplay Group, becoming President of Sports in 2020.

Nørrelund hands over his areas of responsibility during the month of April and is available to the company during his notice period. Anders Jensen will take charge of Viaplay Sports until a successor or updated organizational structure is introduced.
