As part of Summer Game Fest 2021 and E3 2021 announce Coach Media, one of the many divisions of the Embracer Group, has created a new publishing brand: Prime Matter. One of the first games announced on Prime Matter is Payday 3, which will be developed in collaboration with Starbreeze Studios.
There are no more details about the game at the moment, except that Payday 3 aims to open a window sometime in 2023 for both consoles and PC.

Other games announced for the brand include Prime Matter King’s Bounty 2, a new Painkiller, Crossfire: Legion, several new IPs and a Nintendo Switch port of Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Huge number of studios
Payday Games is a series of cooperative robbery games where players work together to rob banks. The games were originally developed by Overkill Software, a studio acquired by Starbreeze Studios in 2012.
The Embracer group currently consists of eight distinct groups comprising 68 different studios. As of May 2021, the company has become It said In the final stages of talks with more than 20 additional companies for potential acquisitions. Some of the other Embracer Group brands are Saber Interactive, THQ Nordic, Gearbox Entertainment and Coffee Stain Holding.
