Pale Honey – New Artists at Blixten & Co!

Pale Honey is synchronized with the single “Over Your Head” from their critically acclaimed debut album “Pale Honey”. Pale Honey is a minimalist rock duo from Gothenburg consisting of Tuva Lodmark and Nelly Daltrey It has only been a year since they released their debut EP “Fiction” which was followed by festival gigs abroad, for example Great Britain and Germany.

The album's first single, “Youth,” premiered on American Stereogum and was also noted with kind words by the British Sunday Times, where they were singled out as a “Breaking Act” (see attached article below). The Line of Best Fit wrote, “The chorus of 'Youth' is reminiscent of Sleater-Kinney: full of polished, barely controlled anger. Lodmark's pensive vocals keep the verses upbeat, though you'll enjoy the band's more mainstream rock 'n' roll vibes.”

Pale Honey's label manager, My Bergman, is very excited about the new collaboration; “After abusing their recordings and listening to my favorite song 'Desert', I finally get to work with the band behind the great music. It will be so much fun to work with Pale Honey and see them spread their greatness to the world.”, says My.

“What I like most is the slightly laid-back attitude that Pale Honey has while also composing beautiful melodies” – 4/5 Allehanda

“There's no doubt the duo's sound is universally applicable and after their latest tour, success may be a reality – 8/10 HYMN
