Artificial intelligence is of course what OnePlus likes to talk about. In addition to the functionality that Google contributes as standard, where you get Gemini as a digital assistant and a search circuit to make image searching easier, you get expanded photo editing functionality. Using AI, blurry images can be sharpened, images can be enlarged above their normal resolution if you crop part of the image and want it at a higher resolution, and if you shoot through a window, reflections in the frame can be removed using AI. You can get the image cropped and framed appropriately if you are going to use it on your mobile home screen.

Oxygen OS also gets AI-based language features. If you're writing in the Notes app, you can choose to shorten or expand text, condense it, or embellish it with the same basic real-world content. You can also customize the tone of your text, and when you receive a message, the system can suggest AI-generated responses based on the content of the message. But as is often the case with AI-based language functions, Swedish language support is missing, so you're relegated to English if you want to use it.

Oneplus also mentions new security features, such as an anti-theft feature that detects if someone has hacked your phone and makes sure it's locked, as well as live tracking of malicious apps on the phone, but these are features that are in Android 15, and therefore not the Oneplus that represents them. .
