Yesterday, Capcom uploaded a small Resident Evil box and showed, among other things, a new trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil Village, which you can watch above. And based on the trailer, it will be a real adventure full of monsters and unpleasant for the player.
If you are keen on testing the game before it is released, we’ve got good news. Capcom will release a demo of the game on May 2 for PC, Xbox, Playstation and Stadia that will give you a 60-minute taste of the game. However, it is important to play relatively straight away as the demo will only be available for one day starting at 02:00. Playstation owners will have two additional opportunities to test the game. The first demo will be released during the night until Sunday 02:00, the demo will be available for eight hours and will give you half an hour with the game where you can explore the village area. Another 30 minutes giving us a taste of the Caslte region will be released on April 25, also starting at 02:00.
Resident Evil Village will be released on May 7 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and Stadia.
Another great news about Resident Evil is that Resident Evil 4 will be released in VR format for Oculus Quest and more information about the VR release will be related to the Oculus Games event on April 21. Furthermore, Resident Evil Village will be expanded with The Mercenaries’ arcade mode upon release. Last but not least, we know that Netflix’s Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness series will be out on the streaming service in July.
