NENT Group issues SEK 600 million bonds

Nordic Entertainment Group AB (publ) (NENT Group) has issued SEK 600 million unsecured bonds with 4-year maturities to more than 20 Nordic investors.

This issue was made under NENT . group creation MTN . Program With a framework of SEK 4 billion and includes bond loans of SEK 600 million operating at a variable 3-month interest rate STIBOR + 1.30% with a maturity of February 24, 2026. The bonds are listed on Nasdaq. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to refinance existing loans and general business purposes.

DNB, Nordea and Swedbank were the financial advisors to the NENT Group for this issue. The total outstanding value of the NENT Group’s bonds under the MTN program is now SEK 2,900 million, with an increased share of long-term maturities. NENT Group’s net cash at the end of the period was SEK 2.059 million.
