My representatives – the energy agency communicate

The Swedish Energy Agency is associated with Mina Omud, a service for digital proxies. This is due to subsidizing the cost of new electricity for electricity-intensive companies, which will facilitate the work of the authority in the future. – This collaboration means we can now handle cases faster, says Anna Lindström, unit chief at the Energy Agency.

The Swedish Energy Agency will be the first authority to join the national ombudsman service, My Ombud. The main reason behind the decision is that my representatives will simplify the management of the authority’s case with the new financial support for the electricity-intensive companies that the government has decided to distribute.

– Cooperation with the Swedish Companies Registry Office and my agents means that the Energy Agency can now deal with incoming cases faster, because the companies themselves can handle the power of attorney management, says Anna Lindström, head of the unit at the Energy Agency.

Fruitful cooperation between the parties

For Minna Umbod, this means that there are now two public parties connected to the National Ombudsman Service, which should simplify the daily lives of people across Sweden. The Energy Authority’s journey from interested party to connected party has progressed quickly and the cooperation between the authorities has been fruitful.

“Contacting the service was easy and we had very good help from the Swedish Companies Registration Office,” says Roger Habaniemi, enterprise engineer at the Swedish Energy Agency.

My representatives, led by business developer Michele Ludovici, are now looking to see more municipalities and authorities continue to join.

– We see that a lot of people are interested in my clients and there are a lot of people who are reaching out and want to test the service. Now we just hope that more people like the Energy Agency will do it and make it a reality to make it easier for all our entrepreneurs in Sweden, says Michele Ludovici.
