Logitech Steering Wheel News: New Steering Wheels, Gear Lever, and Handbrake in Direct Drive Series

The steering wheels, handbrake and gear are released for the excellent direct drive series.

Nearly two years after the excellent Logitech Pro Racing Wheel direct-drive steering wheel bundle, new gear is coming. These are specific parts that allow sim racers to customize the experience to their liking, and they’re compatible with PC and Xbox Series or PC and PS5 (depending on wheelbase).

Here's what will be released:

RS wheel hub (1,899 SEK) – More information
Steering wheel hub with buttons, controls, and the ability to attach, adjust, or remove shift paddles. Compatible with Logitech's new steering wheels (see below), as well as Momo's new steering wheels (290 and 320 mm, $199 each). More information)

RS circle wheel (999 SEK) – More information
The steering wheel is round, so it's suitable for things like rallying and drifting. It's 291mm wide, the product page says, and easily attaches to the steering wheel hub above.

RS chain wheel (999 SEK) – More information
A more oval style steering wheel (for lack of a better word), suitable for GT racing and track racing. It is also 291mm wide and works with the RS wheel hub.

RS QR Converter (799 SEK) – More information
Quick install/release steering wheel hub.

RS transmission and handbrake (1,899 SEK) – More information
Sequential shift lever and handbrake combined. You can switch functions with the push of a button. Only one unit can be used at a time, so if you want both, you can buy two units.
