You probably know how to justify text in Microsoft Word. It is very simple. On the Home tab of the ribbon, there are buttons that let you align text left, align right, center, or align text.
This is of course useful when you want to create a nice looking document. However, you may also need nice-looking tables if you use them.
However, if you create a table to display data, text in table cells will always be left-aligned. The exception is if you write in a right-to-left language – in such cases, your text will always be right-justified.
It is possible, of course, to fix how text is also displayed in tables, it’s a bit more complicated. Specifically, for table cells, there are two adjustments to consider – how to position text horizontally and how to position it horizontally, with three positions each. This means that there are nine different locations to choose from. By default, the text is left-aligned and at the top of the cell.
We show how you can easily change this.
1. Create the table
Create your table (we won’t go into how to do this here) and fill it with the required data.

2. Open the layout
Click in any cell, and menus will open table design And Planning. He chooses Planning.

3. Look for options
Now the nine adjustment options are in the ribbon. Just click the way you want it. The action affects the current cell.

4. Select the entire table
However, it is likely that you want the same adjustment in all cells. Then select the entire table before making your edit selection.
