Lauren Paul lives in Denton, England. On May 25th, she found out that someone had put an acid note on her car’s windshield.
“We’re sick of you thinking you can park wherever you want”Note begins.
The anonymous notes writer then reveals that he knows Lorraine does not live on the street she was standing on.
“You must not park here, you can use your own parking space. You are taking up a parking space for other people’s cars who need it themselves.”Note concluded.
The thing is, Lauren did nothing wrong.
“unbelievable”
Lauren posted a photo of the note to a local Facebook group, explaining that she doesn’t even have her own parking space at her home, which is on a major road.
“Unfortunately, my only option is therefore to park on the small adjoining roads. The most frustrating thing about this is that I am always considerate. I choose the road of least traffic, never block anyone’s lane or get in the way of another car and pay all the taxes and tolls.”Lauren writes.
What Lauren is most disappointed with is that “obviously, this person has been watching me.”
“If he had just come up and talked to me instead of writing an anonymous note, I could have explained all of this.”Lauren writes.
However, she can be glad that she has received a lot of support in the Facebook group.
Someone who lives in the area has had the same experience as Lorraine.
“It’s amazing how many people don’t care about the right of others to be outside their homes.”someone else wrote.
A third wrote that Lauren “can park anywhere she wants as long as you don’t block anyone.”
