The famous singer then took the opportunity to pay tribute to his late friend George Michael Together with whom he had a great success in 1992. In front of a sea of \u200b\u200bhundreds of thousands of audience, he then sang their joint song Don’t let the sun go down on me.
This was done on George’s birthday, when he would have been sixty years old. Elton took off Faith– The singer with the words “George Michael was one of the best artists, composers and singers in Britain. He was my friend and my source of inspiration. He would have turned 60 today, and I would like to commemorate him with a song in his memory and all the wonderful music he left behind.”
