“Through double exposure images, I want to symbolize the multidimensional nature of life and at the same time convey a positive and humane image of daily life in the Arab world,” says Charlotta Sparre. “Many of the women I meet in the Middle East and North Africa are strong working individuals who, through hard work, also bring family life in line. I want to show all the positive forces that work together and drive development forward.”
