Greenland’s parliament has now voted on a change that means the island will not return to winter time next fall. Then it approaches 1 hour to Europe. The decision caused many politicians to worry that this could have public health consequences, as the new time zone is no more suited to the rhythm of the day than the one that applies now. When the change is complete, it should be investigated whether this has any health effects.
