Two duplex penthouses in London’s Canary Wharf have gone on the market for almost £4 million each.
Launched by developer Galliard Homes, the penthouses occupy the 44th and 45th floors of the Baltimore Tower development.
Each penthouse is 2,622 sq ft with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (including master en-suite) and an additional study/fourth bedroom. They feature expansive external terraces that range from 836 to 944 sq ft.
Of the 373 apartments in the tower, only four remain, including the two duplex penthouses which are priced from £3,850,000. The other two remaining apartments start from £695,000.
Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the skyscraper specialists behind the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, the penthouses boast panoramic views over the Thames, Greenwich and London.
They feature double height living spaces and design-led feature staircases. The kitchens are entirely bespoke, built in consultation with Argent.
David Galman, director of sales at Galliard Homes, said: “The penthouses at Baltimore Tower are unprecedented, the building has sold incredibly well and it’s great to finally see it come to life as new destination and landmark building on London’s skyline. The docklands remain a popular choice for buyers and the penthouses here offer one of the best views of London I have ever seen.”
Each penthouse owner will have full membership and access to the “The Club”, which is immediately adjacent to the building and run by Nuffield Health. It offers a championship length indoor swimming pool, cardio suite and boxing arena.
Baltimore Tower has a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge and large screen cinema room.
