Sometime last year, it became known that Sony wanted to integrate Discord with PlayStation. You know, this didn’t happen until after people could see what you’re playing on the console. However, full integration could take place during March of next year.
New references to discord The PlayStation was found in the Discord app and sources told Insider Gaming that the integration will come in conjunction with Update 7.00 for the PlayStation 5 which is scheduled for release on March 8th.
Over the summer, Microsoft took the opportunity to integrate Discord with Xbox, an undeniably practical advantage.
