Blizzard also showed off a new trailer for the popular role-playing game at the Game Awards.
Anyone who is waiting for something good, in this case, has been waiting for a long time. After three years of waiting, we finally got a new trailer and release date for Blizzard’s role-playing game “Diablo IV” during Thursday’s The Game Awards.
Initially there was some debate about whether Blizzard’s mobile game “Diablo Immortal” would be free-to-play. The reaction was so intense that the community manager had to clarify that the new game “Diablo IV” will not be like its predecessor on mobile devices.
– When you look at our special systems, which is our skill tree and other features for later levels, which is the final progression system, we really tried to approach it in a way that yeah, it gives that sense of making an important choice and that your character is not like anyone else’s.
The same statement was made about the release of the previous World of Warcraft expansion “Shadowlands”, where the choice made in the game will be of great weight and importance. In the case of “Shadowlands,” it turns out that the selection wasn’t nearly as important as Blizzard tried to make it sound, so we can hope it’s even better in the upcoming “Diablo IV.”
Say what you will about Blizzard and their games, but if there’s one thing they’ve always been good at, it’s the trailers and cinematics of their games.
Check out the awesome trailer where Archangel Inarius challenges the demon Lilith.
Staff are expected to work significant overtime to meet the reported release date on June 6, 2023.
Have you been looking forward to “Diablo IV” for a long time?
