David Walliams could be in line for a £2 million cash boost after putting his £5.35 million north London home up for sale.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 46, has listed the property for £2 million more than he paid for it 13 years ago, according to the Daily Mail.
The three-bedroom house is on the market with high-end estate agent Marcus Parfitt.
David Walliams lived in the property with ex-wife and model Lara Stone. Before that it was owned by Oasis superstar Noel Gallagher.
It was dubbed Supernova heights in the 1990s because of the extravagant parties Gallagher threw there.
The Little Britain comedian is estimated to be worth £25 million and he is thought to have pocketed £1 million judging the latest series of Britain’s Got Talent.
The house has a stylish living area, an extensive garden, a roof terrace and private parking. Its living room has floor-to-ceiling windows.
It also includes a wood and glass open staircase, a bathroom area with stone freestanding bath and wet room shower, and a master bedroom with open-plan en-suite.
Since taking ownership of the property David Walliams has made a few adjustments, removing ceilings and floors to create double and triple storey places within the house, and renovating the property’s exterior.
