I work a lot with music through body and movement, she says.

Children’s and family choirs, voice therapy and children’s singing are part of what it offers. The idea of ​​the latter is that it should be as healing for mothers as it is fun for children.

– I’m a mother myself and I know how annoying it can be. She says that the sound has great healing power.

Breathing and drawing

Eva Elfström is naprapat certified, but has more strings in her ukulele.

“I’m interested in the emotional body: how events of stress and turmoil can stabilize the body in the form of tension and blockage,” she says.
