After four months of experience in healthcare in hospitals and municipalities, the conclusions and questions are many.
• The staff does a good job with friendliness and great technical knowledge.
• Sponsorship and nurturing will not work if half of the employees do not have a foreign background.
• Employees suffer from a small number of assistants and a constant lack of time.
• In my opinion, wages should be increased.

• The medical staff has technical skill and performs comprehensive examinations.

• The food served is very delicious and varied.
The main problem is that the hospital and the municipality compete for resources. Occupational therapists move people into municipal care to save money, and municipalities do not want to pay for expensive rehabilitation. In home care, staff numbers are very small during weekends and holidays. Waiting times for aid assessments are unacceptably long. At the hospital, a nurse worked three consecutive shifts.
My conclusion, looking to the future, is that we must systematically increase the resources allocated to care and social care.
