Are there programs that help programmers plan how the code will work?

Welcome. When I studied Programming 1 remotely, the course wanted you to plan everything well before you sit down and program because that would simplify everything. I got a B in the end and was happy with it and made a soda machine in Python. However, this planning was all about how the code would be structured and how it would react in different situations.

Example: When entering the password, there are two ways. The first way is that the password is wrong and then you get an error message. The other way is to have the correct password and log in to the account.

I wonder if there is any windows software you can use to create custom bubbles for programmers? I would also avoid using drawing programs. It would be easier if you could type a bubble, then press the Tab key to get to the next bubble and so on.

I like to plan out my codes before I do them, and I don't know if you would do that? But it's more fun and easier for me, and you can actually calculate how the code will look. These plans helped me a lot in Programming 1 when I was getting into more complex things that were new to me. It also made everything go a little faster as well.
