The team has gained solid experience from successfully advising on a large number of private and public M&A transactions in Sweden, the rest of the Nordic region and the world. This was stated in a press release.
The new employees are;
Olle Pierrou brings over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and investment banking. Olle Pierrou will be responsible for the creation and expansion of M&A operations in Sweden, as well as responsibility for Arctic Securities’ Swedish corporate finance operations, which in addition to M&A includes DCM, ECM and real estate. Olle Pierrou recently comes from DNB and also has a background from Macquarie Capital, Alfred Berg / ABN AMRO and Swedbank.
Johan Grabe also has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as equity research on the buy and sell side. For the past eight years, Johann Grabe has been a partner in the M&A Erneholm Haskel boutique. Prior to that, he worked at Nordea, Brummer & Partners, SEB Enskilda and Öhman Corporate Finance.
The team also includes Johan Lindblad who has a background from Nordea where he has held senior positions in corporate finance and also worked with investments in a family office.
Johan Ramvalk is based in Gothenburg in the newly established office in the Arctic and focuses on the ‘genesis’ of corporate finance operations in western Sweden.
Completing corporate finance with mergers and acquisitions in Sweden fits Arctic’s growth strategy and creates synergies with the existing platform in Sweden, says CEO and founder of Arctic Securities, Mads H Syversen, in a written comment.
