Always Mind is now adding video materials to its portfolio to promote mental health. Through the new films, they want to further help individuals, companies and organizations raise the profile of mental health work in everyday life. There are two films in total, one aimed at the general audience and the other at the director's role.
Always Mind helps businesses, organizations and individuals easily manage mental health in everyday life with lectures, practical tools and their own Mental Health First Aid board. They are now releasing new video materials as another step in this direction towards improving mental health for everyone.
The first film is inspired by the Always Mind essential lecture on mental health and the Mental First Aid panel and showcases the whole humanistic concept of Always Mind based on the points: Speak, Ask, Listen and Respect.
– The movie is called Talk, ask, listen and respect It is a basic course in mental first aid and is about how we as humans communicate with each other in our mental state. It's simply explained in a film with concrete tools for how we can all become better at transmitting, creating and having mental illness,” says Helena Rigi, CEO and Founder of Always Mind.
The second film is mainly directed to leaders and managers in companies and organizations. The goal is to give simple tricks on how to carry out work consciously but at the same time without complexity with mental health in their leadership.
– the film To the managers Contains a lot of “hands-on” material. It is important for me to highlight the important role of managers and give them keys that they can relate to so that they can take responsibility for the employee but at the same time free them from requirements that are sometimes misunderstood. How they oversee small adjustments in their current leadership can have big, positive impacts on both the individual, performance and organization, says Helena Reggie.
The film format is something Always Mind customers have been requesting as a complement to the existing range.
-I know Always Mind movies are in demand, and a lot of people need help with these things. Unlike many others, Helena does not convey intimidation in these matters, but she teaches us that it does not have to be more difficult than this, says Marie Hallander Larsson, Human Resources Director Akademiska Hus.
Films are 10 minutes in length and, upon request, will be marked with the relevant company logo and can then be used freely under company sponsorship. Films can be used alone or together and with other Always Mind materials.
