The new 100% electric race cars to be launched in 2023 produce 550hp along with a 45kWh, 800V battery – figures that mean 0-100km/h performance in less than three seconds.

Racing cars are based on the latest electric production cars that people can buy and drive on the road. Modifications are carried out by EPWR in terms of safety equipment, chassis, brakes, shock absorbers and electric motor – all to ensure safe, climate-smart and spectacular racing at the highest level.

Exion Racing will receive its new BMW cars ahead of pre-season testing which will be driven by the team’s three drivers, whose identities will be revealed later this year.
