How to use Apple Freeform. Blackboard with others.

Yesterday, Apple released updates for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS that included, among other things, the new collaboration tool Freeform.

Freeform is an app that acts as a digital whiteboard where the user can jot things down with other Freeform users. Up to 100 people can collaborate on each Freeform document, and there’s even the option to use Apple’s FaceTime video calling service directly in the Freeform app. In addition to writing and drawing in Freeform, there is also support for embedding images stored on the device and scanned documents, as well as images taken directly with the iPhone or iPad camera.

Apple Freeform is included in iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2, and macOS Ventura 13.1, all of which were released yesterday. Below is a clip from Apple that describes Freeform in more detail.
